Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Once your order ships, delivery usually takes an additional 3–8 business days. During the holiday season, carriers may need a few extra days.

Christmas delivery

To receive your order before Christmas Eve, please order by December 10. Orders placed after that date are shipped as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, we'll contact you with an updated delivery date and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, email us at luiseduardobermudez28@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
